Cancellation & Refund Policy

SUPERHELP PRO SERVICES LLP ("Superhelp") operates an on-demand home and personal services marketplace in Kolhapur. This policy explains how you can cancel a booking made through the Superhelp customer app and how refunds are calculated.

How to cancel

• You may cancel a booking from the Superhelp app while it is pending or confirmed.
• Once your service has started (in progress), cancel from the app is not available — contact support if you need help.
• Bookings that are completed or already cancelled cannot be cancelled again.

Unpaid bookings

• If you have not paid, there is no refund. Any open payment link for the booking may be closed when you cancel.
• Bookings that remain unpaid may be automatically cancelled after a grace period from when the booking was created.

Refund amounts (customer cancellations)

When you cancel a booking where you have already paid, your refund is based on the scheduled service time and the booking total:

• If your booking has no scheduled service time, or you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time: you receive a full refund of the amount you paid (up to the booking total).
• If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time: you receive a 50% refund of the booking total, capped at the amount you actually paid. The balance covers the partner's reserved time.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are initiated automatically when you cancel a paid booking, subject to the rules above.
• Refunds are processed through our payment partner (Cashfree) to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunded amounts usually appear within 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund.
• You can view refund status in the app on your booking details.

Cancellations by Superhelp or your partner

If Superhelp or an assigned partner cancels your booking, or a service cannot be completed as booked, we will refund any amount you paid in full, unless otherwise required by law.
