Superhelp ("we," "our," or "us") operates a platform that connects customers with service partners in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. 3. Information We Collect from Partners

When you register or act as a Partner, we may collect:

  • Identity and Contact: Full name, phone number, alternate contact, employee/partner ID, and email (if provided)
  • Identity Documents: Aadhar number and/or other government ID as required for verification, and copies of documents (e.g. Aadhar, PAN) as per our onboarding process
  • Service and Area Data: Categories and areas you are approved to serve, training and verification status, skills
  • Financial and Payout: Bank account or payout details (e.g. UPI, account number, IFSC) for processing your earnings; we do not store full card details
  • Booking and Work Data: Assignments, job start/end times, earnings per booking, cancellations, and performance-related information
  • Communications: Records of messages, calls, or emails with us regarding assignments, support, or disputes
  • Device and Usage: IP address, device type, and usage of our systems for security and improving the platform

4. How We Use Your Information

We use Partner data to:

  • Verify your identity and eligibility to work as a Partner
  • Assign you to bookings and share necessary customer details (e.g. name, address, contact) only for that job
  • Communicate with you about assignments, schedule changes, and support
  • Process payouts and maintain records for tax and dispute resolution
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with our policies and the law
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted transmission where appropriate, secure storage, access controls, and limiting access to staff and systems that need it. We handle identity documents and financial data with extra care and require our payout and service partners to meet data protection standards.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

  • With Customers: We share your name and contact with the customer whose booking you are assigned to, so they can reach you for that job only
  • Payout and Service Partners: With trusted partners (e.g. payment/payout providers) under strict confidentiality to process your earnings
  • Legal Compliance: When required by Indian law, court orders, or government authorities
  • Safety and Security: To protect our rights, your safety, or to prevent fraud or misuse

7. Sensitive Personal Data (Identity and Financial)

Under Indian law (including the IT Rules and DPDP Act), identity and financial data may be treated as sensitive. We collect identity documents and bank/payout details only for verification, assignment, and payout purposes. We obtain your consent where required and apply appropriate safeguards. 8. Your Rights (Including Under DPDP Act)

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and deletion (subject to legal and legitimate business needs). You may also object to certain uses and lodge a grievance with us or the relevant authority. We process data lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner, and only what is necessary. 9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active Partner and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, payouts, and legal or tax requirements. Financial and identity-related records may be retained as required by Indian law (e.g. typically 6–7 years for tax). Security and audit logs may be retained as per applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored and processed in India. If we use service providers that process or store data outside India, we will ensure transfers are permitted under Indian law and will put in place appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We will update this section if such arrangements change.
