Superhelp Kolhapur – For Service Partners

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as or acting as a service partner ("Partner") of Superhelp in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Partner Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with Superhelp as a service provider who receives bookings, performs home and cleaning services (including deep cleaning, regular cleaning, and related services), and receives payouts through our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register as or continue as a Partner.
2. Data Collection & Privacy
As a Partner, we collect and use information necessary to onboard you, assign bookings, and process payouts. This section gives a brief overview; full details are in our Partner Privacy Policy, which you should read to understand how we handle your personal data.
- What we collect: Your name, contact number, identity documents (e.g. Aadhar), employee/partner ID, bank or payout details, service areas and categories, training and verification records, and booking-related data (assignments, start/end times, earnings).
- How we use and store it: We use this data to verify your identity, assign you to bookings, communicate with you, process payouts, ensure quality and safety, and comply with law. Data is stored securely with access limited to those who need it.
- Sharing: We share information only as needed with customers (e.g. name, contact for the assigned booking), payment/payout partners, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Partner
As a Partner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated (contact, documents, bank details, areas, categories)
- Complete required training and verification as specified by Superhelp
- Accept and perform assigned bookings professionally, on time, and in line with our quality and safety standards
- Use customer information (name, address, contact) only for the purpose of completing the assigned job and not for any other use or contact after the job
- Not solicit customers to bypass Superhelp for future bookings; all customer engagements for our service categories should be through the platform
- Treat customers and their property with respect; maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Use your phone number and OTP/account only for your own partner account; do not share them for fraudulent use
- Report any incidents, safety issues, or disputes to us promptly
4. Bookings, Cancellation and Payouts
As a Partner:
- Bookings may be assigned to you based on your areas, categories, and availability. You are expected to start and complete jobs as per the scheduled time and our processes (e.g. OTP-based start/stop where applicable).
- Cancellation or no-show by you may result in penalties or restriction of future assignments as per our internal policy.
- Payouts will be processed as per our payout policy and schedule. You are responsible for providing correct bank/payout details and for any taxes applicable to your earnings.
- We may deduct amounts for penalties, disputes, or corrections as per our policy and applicable law.
5. Service Area and Availability
You may only perform services within the areas and categories approved for you on the platform. Superhelp operates in Kolhapur and the areas we serve as published. We do not guarantee a minimum number of bookings. Availability and assignment are subject to demand and our operational policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform or our systems for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Contact customers for work outside the platform for services that we offer on Superhelp
- Misuse customer data or share it with third parties
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against customers, staff, or other partners
- Submit false information, documents, or times related to bookings or payouts
7. Termination and Restriction
We may suspend or terminate your status as a Partner if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, failed to meet quality or safety standards, or for operational, legal, or safety reasons. We will try to notify you where appropriate. You may stop providing services through Superhelp at any time, subject to completing any already assigned bookings and our payout and data retention policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Superhelp provides a platform to connect you with customers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of customers, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation as a Partner, except where such exclusion is not permitted under Indian law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Partner Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your engagement as a Partner shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes we may also notify you by email or SMS. Changes will take effect at least fifteen (15) days after posting unless we state otherwise. Your continued engagement as a Partner after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop providing services through our platform.
